1. Turn off power
2. Remove old Fluorescent tubes
3. Access the ballast by removing ballast cover
4. Disconnect and cut wires feeding to the ballast input (live and neutral wires) they should remain as long as possible
5. Disconnect and cut the wires from the ballast output to the sockets (cut wires close to the ballast)
6. Connect the 2 socket wires to the 2 input wires (live and neutral) from step #4
7. Install ballast cover and LED tubes, turn power on.
